Days have passed but we don’t want to miss the opportunity to show you the spectacular work that the 2nd ESO Brit students did about villains.
In this collaborative work between the subjects of English and Visual Art, the students had to search for information and write an essay about a famous bad guy or girl. Then, they wrote about where they lived, how they were like, why they became famous... And with all this information they made dioramas in the art classroom, which you could see exhibited in the hall due to Halloween.
They turned out so well that we thought we would ask our new Audiovisual Culture students to reflect the best details and angles of each of the dioramas with their cameras and expert eyes ... and voilà! The result could not be better!

Los días 20 y 21 de noviembre nuestros alumnos de 1º de Secundaria han asistido a la actividad Arte en la calle organizada por el Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza.
Se trata de conocer algunas esculturas emblemáticas y notables que engalanan la ciudad, debidas a artistas como Francisco Rallo Lahoz (Caballito, monumento al fotógrafo Ángel Cordero Gracia), Pablo Serrano (Ángel Custodio y San Valero, Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza), el británico Tony Cragg (Wild relative, Expo Zaragoza 2008) o Santiago Gimeno LLop (Muchacho sentado mirando a la Torre Nueva, plaza San Felipe), cerrando el itinerario artístico, así como las intervenciones murales en diferentes solares del Festival Asalto, ejecutas por Oko y Harsa & Stop (calle Contamina) y el grupo madrileño Boa Mistura (Technologia Omnipotens Regnat s. XXI, calle Santiago), cuya obra conviene destacar por su refinado diseño y sutil ironía. Nuestro agradecimiento a los profesores Irene Murillo y José Luis Cabetas por su generosa y afable participación.
Exposición de los trabajos realizados por los alumnos de 1º de ESO sobre el tema "La Catrina".
Varios grupos de alumnos del centro han participado en el VIII Concurso de cortos para jovenes oganizado por el Servicio de Juventud del ayuntamiento de Zaragoza. El resultado de su trabajo ha sido excelente.
